Service Description
Come celebrate the magic of Christmas with us for a cozy, family-friendly holiday gathering! Come anytime between 10:30am-12:30pm and stay as long as you'd like! Families can enjoy festive activities and holiday play throughout the morning, with Santa joining us from 11am-12pm for a special visit! A photographer will be on-site to capture your family's special moment with Santa, so you can focus on making memories! -Festive family activities -Santa from 11am-12pm -Photographer on-site -Hot cocoa & coffee bar $8/person or $30/ family (children under 2 are free) *Tickets are required and spots are limited

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing our classes! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please carefully review our policy below: 1. Class Bookings and Cancellations -All class bookings are made online and are subject to availability. -Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. -If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, unused classes will be credited toward future bookings. Credits are valid for up to 12 months from the date of the missed class. (Not including Drop In Care) 2. Parent Responsibility -Pick-Up: Parents or guardians are responsible for picking up their children promptly at the end of each class. Classes are scheduled to finish at specific times, and we ask that you respect this timing. -Late Pick-Up Policy: After two occurrences of late pick-ups, children will no longer be allowed to attend without a parent or guardian being present on-site. 3. Safety and Supervision -Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child is under supervision until the class begins. -Please notify us in advance if your child has any special needs or medical conditions that require attention during the class. 4. Sick Policy -Illness Prevention: To ensure the health and safety of all children and staff, please do not bring your child to class if they are showing any signs of illness, including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, or diarrhea. -Sick Days: If your child is unable to attend class due to illness, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance when possible. In such cases, you will receive a credit for a future class (subject to availability). -Return to Class: Your child must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to class after an illness. 5. Additional Notes -We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a child from class if they are disruptive, uncooperative, or cause safety concerns. -By booking a class, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
